Green Ribbon Schools and Busch Systems Team Up for "Show Your Greenness" Earth Month Contest
Busch Systems and Green Ribbon Schools have joined together to promote the "Show Your Greenness" Earth Week contest which empowers school children to be environmentally-friendly.

BARRIE, ON, May 20, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- An environmentally-friendly educational organization and an environmentally-friendly recycling container company have joined forces to empower school children to display their green initiatives and positively impact the environment around them.

Green Ribbon Schools is an organization working with 200+ schools throughout Texas to help students reach their potential through green initiatives and healthy living. They recently ran a "Show Your Greenness" Earth Month contest which challenged children from K-12 to positively impact their environment while including as many participants as possible. Busch Systems, a leading manufacturer of recycling, waste and compost containers stepped up with $3000 in prizes for the winning entrants.

Bay Elementary in Seabrook, TX and Magellan International School in Austin, TX walked away with top honors but every school that participated are winners due to the impact they made on the world around them.
