Gap Adventures Named Canada's Top Adventure Tour Operator for Third Straight Year
Agents' Choice Awards 2010 also ranks tour operator second amongst eco-friendly travel companies.

The annual Agents' Choice Awards 2010--which calls on travel agents from across Canada to rank the industry's top suppliers--acknowledges leading travel firms in 24 categories ranging from top airline to best insurance provider. Gap Adventures was the overwhelming winner in the top adventure operator category with 2,972 votes, followed by Goway Travel with 1,150 and Contiki Tours with 1,034.

The Agents' Choice Awards 2010 survey is hosted by Canadian Travel Press, Travel Courier and TravelPress.com. Last year, more than 3,200 agents cast votes in the survey, making it the country's largest travel-industry awards program. Voters, who must be certified travel agents, are permitted to cast one vote in each category.
