Graham is an entrepreneur and CEO of S. Graham and Associates - a Chicago based management and marketing consulting firm. He is the author of 10 books including two New York Times Bestsellers. In his most recent book, Diversity: Leaders not Labels, Graham teaches that in order to succeed, one must break out of the box that keeps you from your full potential. Actively involved in education, Graham is a former adjunct professor at the University of Illinois-Chicago where he taught leadership. He also founded and directed George Washington University's Forum for Sport and Event Management and Marketing - the first of its kind in the country. Graham is also Co-Founder of AAD - a non-profit organization providing service to underserved youth. Since its inception in 1985, AAD has awarded over $1.5 million in scholarships to over 15,000 youth. Graham is also notably the partner of media mogul Oprah Winfrey.
